Following sluggish demand in 2005, the wine market is now enjoying a resurgence. Wine trade colleagues and partners in the catering trade report rising sales and an increase in the desire to buy. However, the “wonder” years like those from 1995 to 2002 when the market developed an almost insatiable appetite for good and outstanding wines will scarcely be repeated. Although it’s becoming increasingly difficult to keep track of the incredibly broad range, the consumer has clearly rediscovered how to enjoy wine. I would like to offer you my expertise on wine so that you can continue to enjoy it in the longer term.
